Which Country do you ship to ?
We ship to Canada, USA and Europe.
If you are in an other country, you can still order trough our Etsy shop where we ship worldwide.
Is it possible to get a refund ?
We don't issue refunds in any case. Which include if an order have been send back to us after a customer not paying for taxes.
However we might accept exchange on a case by case basis. You can reach us at the contact tab.
Can you send me my items again if my order get lost by postmail ?
Yes we can send you your order again if the first one never arrived but only if you took the tracked shipping and that you can actually proove that your order have been lost. No refund, exchange, or order send again would be done from us if you didn't took the tracked shipping.
For US and EU customers : Why the price of my order changed at the checkout page ?
Since we are a Canadian shop, the price might be shown in CAD at the checkout page, but don't worry, the price you gonna pay is the original price that have been shown to you in your USD or EUR at your cart page.
